Herbal Glutinous Rice Cake of Zhuang Minority
Location: Longhetun, Zhulongcun, Dukang, Tiandeng County, Guangxi Province, China
This is a very special local food from Zhuang minority in the west of Guangxi province, China. It’s a kind of local herbal mixed with glutinous rice, then baked peanuts, sesame & brown sugar stuffed.
We pick this herb from the cliffs of mountains on karst landform. 
Minced and Stir-Fried it until you can smell the Aroma. 
Soak the sticky rice in water for a night. 
Steamed. 
Baked peanuts. 
Mashed. 
Baked white sesame. 
Mashed and mixed the baked black & white sesame. 
Local brown sugar. 
Mixed the brown sugar with baked mashed sesame and peanuts. 
Mix the herb with sticky rice. 
Make glutinous rice paste. 
Ready to make glutinous rice cake. 
Herbal glutinous rice cake.
