The tender shoot of toona sinensis is a kind of delicious sauce in many areas of China, it’s a seasonal food, always one of my favorite sauce in spring.
Tender shoot of toona sinensis. 
Blanch in boiled water and cut it up.
Stir-fry in hot oil for a short time and adding some soy sauce, then mix with chilli sauce, this is my favorite style. 
Stir in sweet potato rice noodles, perfect for vegetarian.
